Great post, and thanks so much for writing on this topic. And you're right, there aren't a lot of resources for women, so I appreciate the links to the websites that were designed for both men and women. And I agree with Josh that "Not even a Hint" is a great book on the subject, and would add my recommendation.

Well written Josiah. This is a topic I think most, if not all of us (speaking for young men) need improvement in. A couple of other resources I have found, is the book "Not even a hint" by Joshua Harris, and "Sexual Detox" by Tim Challies, which I have not yet read the whole way through,but has been great thus far. One of the most important resources that we must not forget, is prayer. We must all help each other through prayer and support, in order to push through this.
